I met with Mrs. Cassarino today and we "lunched."
We are ON for parent support groups. Is this something that you're interested in? Kids can come because it'll be in our classroom and they can play. But it's a safe place to come and bring your questions, frustrations and be with people who are there and have been there. I can invite people that you may be interested in talking with (no guarantees that they'll come) but I'm thinking like 5:30 or 6 on nights that there is already a PTO meeting. Tell me the topics that you want to talk about. Potty training ideas, meltdown approaches, sensory ideas.....anything. It's your chance to talk with each other, exchange ideas, and more!

Okay, now I'm really gonna go clean.

We are totally interested. In fact, if these are a go, I would be more than happy to bring a treat for parents/kids each time. Plus, it would give me an incentive to make it to PTO meetings. I would love to put my head together with the other parents and just visit. Having guest speakers sounds great too!
Thanks so much for all you do for our kids. This morning Grant was sure to tell me: "I love to go to Kindergarten!"
