We had a concert today! Some of our friends really got into it while others had a hard time sitting the entire time. That was okay though because they still remained respectful of those performing and those around them.
We read about vegetables today in our reading group. Each student then reported what their favorite vegetables were. They are as follows:
Patrick-potato
Luis-corn
David-chile pepper
Grant-broccoli
Darius-carrots
I thought that it was great that everyone chose something different.
In music, David, Patrick and Luis worked on keyboards while Darius and Grant got to paint and make great art projects in art today.
The wind is greatly picking up, please make sure your child is dressing for the weather, including hats, scarves and gloves/mittens. It's extremely important, especially if they want to go outside for recess!
Next Wednesday, we're heading to see Santa and IHOP. IHOP informed me that their most expensive meal plus a drink should be about 6 dollars a child.
